You can’t duplicate the authenticity and sense of place created by a historic setting.

A Certified Historic Renovation of one of Tulsa’s remaining examples of Plains Commercial architecture. Located in the heart of Tulsa’s historic Pearl District, this building provides an anchor for a community striving to be one of Tulsa’s hottest new walkable areas.  Proving that it’s hip to retain the unique character of this 1920’s Tulsa neighborhood.  Mixed-use flexibility is key as the Pearl has adopted urban, form based codes to allow for walkability and increased street life. Storefront glass for visibility and funky signage pair with wide, inviting permeable brick sidewalks, LED street lighting, and bicycle racks – marrying the new with the old.
