Developed under MHAT’s mixed model approach, this 54-unit multi-family project, owned by the Mental Health Association in Tulsa, needed a major rehab. 1Architecture changed the whole attitude of the address with budget conscious updates, a fresh, modern pallet, Energy Star roofing and a new clubhouse. We worked to make all aspects of the project ADA accessible including the dwelling units, site walkways, parking lots, and the new clubhouse.

I have found 1Architecture to be an excellent firm to work with for our construction needs. They’ve provided creative alternatives and sound professional advice for our rehabilitation projects. 1Architecture has consistently engaged in every element needed for our construction process, from design to construction completion. As a non-profit, our budgets are restricted, but they have been sensitive and creative for our needs. They’ve put in long hours, and have proved to be reliable and responsive for every design.
