Grooper Building

Known as one of Tulsa’s best street art photo opportunities, the Grooper building is the headquarters of BIS, a data and technology solutions company. BIS wanted their new home in Tulsa to be a focal point for downtown and a fun space for entertaining, in addition to being their workplace. They chose a 1920s building in the Blue Dome District, excited to be a part of the revitalization of the area. The design priority for the 12,000 sf of office, meeting, training, and storage space was flexibility—in both ambiance and function. A generous open floor plan and movable furniture makes for seamless transitions between the variety of gatherings the owner hosts. In addition to the welcoming interior spaces, the iconic exterior murals have become a favorite destination in downtown Tulsa.
