17th and Boulder is a 3-story mixed-use building located in the district that links Riverside Drive to downtown Tulsa. With a restaurant, patio, and retail planned for the ground floor, the project will have a strong presence along the street to support and engage urban pedestrian life. The second and third floors will house 360 Engineering's new headquarters and other office space with a shared third floor conference room overlooking downtown. The building's material palette revolves around the use of Cross Laminated Timber panels and Scandinavian design, giving the space a clean modern aesthetic.
