THE PLAN: This project allowed for the ultimate in design expression.  We incorporated a host of sustainable elements in the design from geo thermal to a roof garden.  Sustainable structures can be sexy and that’s what we think of this one.  It’s simple and beautiful both inside and out and incorporates more green building materials and strategies than we can list.  The design is simple, flexible and open.  It’s got incredible folding glass walls in both the main living area and master suite that open onto the courtyard allowing for the expansion of the interior space.  Flowing, light filled interior spaces capped with a roof garden that views the night lights of the downtown skyline….  Life is good.
